Grant Cardone Enterprises in Aventura, FL is seeking a Senior Controller to lead the financial engine behind a hyper-growth business. You will own monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, drive GAAP compliance, and deliver executive-ready reporting that informs strategic decisions.

You will coach a high-performance accounting team, build scalable processes, and partner with leadership to support rapid 10X growth while maintaining accuracy and controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required; CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including proven success as a Controller or Senior Controller.
• GAAP knowledge and experience with cash-to-accrual transitions.
• Experience with related-party transactions and multi-entity consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycle end-to-end, ensuring first-time accuracy.
• Set accounting basis (cash vs accrual) and drive GAAP compliance as the business scales.
• Deliver board- and executive-ready reporting turning financial data into growth narratives.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure revenue recognition is accurate and defensible under scrutiny.
• Own external audit relationships and drive clean audit outcomes with no surprises.
• Lead budgeting, reporting, and financial close cycles at scale; manage month-end and year-end close.
