This role demands ownership, scalability, and a hands-on approach to build a best-in-class finance function capable of supporting 10x growth. Requirements include a 4-year degree in accounting/finance, 7+ years of accounting experience, GAAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience including Controller-level.
• GAAP knowledge with hands-on cash-to-accrual experience.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting end-to-end.
• Drive GAAP compliance as the business scales.
• Provide board- and executive-ready reporting that informs growth.
