Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior Controller or Big 4 experience.
• Lived through at least one institutional audit cycle.
• Comfortable in the GL with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and deliver a board-ready close package by Day 10.
• Lead the first institutional audit and build systems for public company audit readiness.
• Administer and build out finance policies for scale.
