Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, inventory, payroll, AP, billing and revenue recognition support.
• Serve as technical accounting leader on ASC 606, ASC 842, capitalized software, cloud arrangements, equity-based comp, intercompany and transfer pricing.
• Strengthen internal controls, documentation, and audit readiness; coordinate external audits and tax prep.
• Drive systems and process improvements through AI-driven automation and data workflows; improve ERP functionality.
• Build analytical review procedures and connect results to KPIs, budgets, forecasts and trends.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Sales, People Ops and other teams on business initiatives and financial implications.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team; establish documentation standards and ownership; foster continuous improvement.
