Ruxlo LLC seeks an experienced Controller to own the monthly, quarterly and annual closes for two entities: Ruxlo LLC (SaaS) and Arnhem Inc. You will manage Pilot, oversee accrual GAAP reporting, and establish robust controls for a growing finance function in Manasquan, NJ.

Responsibilities include SaaS KPI reporting, multi-entity accounting, payroll and equity records, and coordination with external CPAs/auditors. Strong GAAP, ASC 606, and ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including controller experience at a SaaS company.
• CPA preferred; public accounting experience is a plus.
• SaaS accounting: ASC 606, deferred-revenue, ARR, churn, net revenue retention, CAC and LTV.
• Multi-entity accounting with intercompany and related-party transactions.
• Hands-on inventory accounting: valuation and COGS.
• Strong QuickBooks Online skills; experience with an ERP migration is a plus.
• Experience managing outsourced bookkeeping/ accounting firms and working with external CPAs/auditors.
• Willingness to use AI tools to speed reconciliation, reporting and analysis.
• Onsite availability 4 days/week in Manasquan, NJ.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close for Ruxlo LLC and Arnhem Inc., ensuring accrual-based GAAP statements.
• Manage Pilot relationship: set expectations, review work, fix recurring issues.
• Report SaaS KPIs: MRR, ARR, churn, net revenue retention, CAC, LTV, gross margin, burn and runway.
• Own payroll accounting, benefits accruals and equity compensation records with HR/PEO; multi-state payroll tax.
• Design and implement internal controls; tighten them as the team grows; ensure timely filings.
• Manage cash, forecasting and system planning (QuickBooks Online today).
• Coordinate with outside CPAs/auditors and lenders; ensure clean consolidation where applicable.
