Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• CPA preferred or similar certification.
• Experience with software, SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and cash management.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Coordinate annual audits and tax-related activities.
• Collaborate with CFO and FP&A on budgeting and forecasting.
• Support revenue recognition for SaaS, deferred revenue, and ARR reporting.
