Ruxlo is seeking its first Controller to own the books for two entities: Ruxlo (SaaS) and Arnhem Inc. The role covers close, reporting, and controls across both businesses, with an outsourced firm (Pilot) as the primary bookkeeper.

You will build a scalable accounting function, ensure GAAP compliance, and support lenders and investors with clean, timely financials. This is a hands-on, in-house position requiring strong GAAP, SaaS revenue recognition, multi-entity management, and collaboration

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive accounting, CPA preferred.
• SaaS accounting and ASC 606 familiarity required.
• Multi-entity and inventory accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with external CPAs, auditors and lenders is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual close for Ruxlo and Arnhem Inc.
• Manage outsourced bookkeeping, audits, and lender communications.
• Report SaaS KPIs (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV) with GAAP compliance.
• Oversee ASC 606 revenue recognition and deferred revenue.
• Administer payroll, benefits accruals, and equity records.
• Design internal controls and improve accounting processes.
