Job summary

The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, manufacturing cost accounting, and a practical, business-minded approach to close processes. You will manage a small team, drive internal controls, and collaborate with cross-functional groups across the organization, including international teams, with SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, and cost of goods sold.
• Experience with SAP / SAP Business One.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal accounting controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Take direct ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare, review, and deliver accurate, timely financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain strong accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Manage and develop accounting team members while maintaining hands-on involvement in key accounting processes.
