Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.

• 7+ years of hands-on accounting and reporting experience.
• 5+ years in a Controller role in a manufacturing or chemical environment preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and cost accounting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant finance and accounting operations and reporting.
• Prepare cash flow reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
• Coordinate internal and external financial statements and audits.
• Ensure journal entries, inventory, payroll, and reconciliations are accurate.
• Oversee compliance with GAAP and manage annual operating budgets.
