Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with manufacturing/construction exposure.
• CPA designation (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Sage, or similar).
• Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting functions including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, job costing, inventory, and revenue recognition.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Partner with operations and project teams to provide financial insight, job cost analysis, and margin optimization.
• Oversee audits, tax coordination, and external financial reporting.
