The role drives quarterly and year‑end closes, oversees audits and internal controls, and collaborates with HR on payroll and 401(k) reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with management company or corporate accounting in alternative investment or professional services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting, operations, financial reporting and tax preparation for the Management Company.
• Oversee audits, compliance, and internal controls across multiple funds and entities.
• Manage payroll using a third‑party administrator and coordinate with HR on 401(k) reporting.
• Direct the close processes and prepare financial statements, schedules, and ad‑hoc reports.
