Planet Group in Boston seeks a Senior Manager, Controllership to lead audits, strengthen internal controls, and supervise the month-end close for NA entities. This role partners with tax, treasury, and business teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will coach staff, drive process improvements, support acquisitions and integrations, and apply accounting standards (US GAAP). Hybrid work with two onsite days."

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10+ years relevant experience including audit experience.
• FX exposure and supervisory/management experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all internal and external audits for North America entities.
• Maintain strong internal control environment and support monthly close.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with tax teams for accounting and audits.
• Provide financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive process improvements and support acquisitions/integrations.
