Straub Collaborative, a creative production studio, is seeking an experienced accounting leader to own the function for Straub Collaborative and affiliated entities. You will report to the CFO and lead a small accounting team, ensuring financial accuracy and timely close.

Responsibilities include monthly close, reporting, variance analysis, audits, cash forecasts, budgets, payroll entries, and process improvements to strengthen controls and drive efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Accounting required.
• GAAP knowledge required.
• ERP proficiency required.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly close, reporting, variance analysis, and external audits.
• Manage cash forecasts, budgets, payroll entries, controls, and workflow improvements.
• Supervise and mentor a small accounting team.
• Collaborate with CFO and affiliated entities to ensure accurate financials.
