Job summary

Downtown law firm in Honolulu seeks a Controller with 5+ years of accounting experience and at least 3 years in a controller role. Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred.

The Controller will oversee accounting and financial operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and guide fiscal strategy. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required; CPA is preferred.

This role is responsible for maintaining the firm’s financial integrity, managing accounting functions, preparing financial statements budgets, cash projections, providing strategic insights to support the firm’s partners and leadership team.
