Job summary

The Lynch Law Group in Cranberry Twp., PA seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage the firm's general accounting, payroll, and financial reporting from Cranberry Township. You will oversee monthly closes, billing, A/R, A/P, and cash flow analysis to support partners and attorneys.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in accounting or finance (CPA preferred), 10+ years in billing, strong QuickBooks and Microsoft Office skills, and a proven ability to lead staff in a professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years billing experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with QuickBooks or equivalent software.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
• Oversee bank accounts and credit card accounts; analyze cash position.
• Oversee client billing, invoicing, A/R management, and collections.
• Communicate billing issues with clients and collect outstanding amounts.
• Maintain IOLTA Retainer funds records and approve disbursements.
• Provide monthly financial and payroll reports to partners and associates.
• Perform monthly/quarterly financial analysis, budgeting, and KPIs.
• Maintain timekeeping and billing systems and related processes.
• Oversee work of staff accountants.
