Job summary

Kightlinger & Gray, LLP is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee the firm's accounting department, including AP/AR, banking, billing, cash flow management, and financial reporting. You will ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate audits.

You will present accurate, data-driven proposals to partners, develop budgets with the Finance Committee, mentor staff, and help steer long- and short-term financial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong grasp of accounting functions (AP/AR, cash flow, budgeting, financial reporting).
• Proven leadership to run a department and deliverables for the firm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting department and staff; mentor team.
• Guide cash flow management, banking, billing, and collections.
• Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for Finance Committee and leadership.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and year-end audits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with outside CPA firm and ensure accurate financial data.
