Job summary

Infinity X1 LLC in Cardiff by the Sea, California, seeks a seasoned Controller to join our finance leadership. You will support the CFO with financial reporting, close processes, GL, AR/AP, and internal controls in a fast-growing consumer goods environment.

The role requires deep GAAP expertise, 20 years in accounting with 10+ years in leadership, and strong NetSuite skills. This hybrid position offers collaboration with retail partners and a path to strategic financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 20 years in accounting with 10+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience in consumer goods/retail with vendor portals & major partners.
• Expert NetSuite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly/annual closing, ensure timely financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and analysis.
• Assist cash flow, bank reconciliations, and supplier payments.
• Direct AR cycle, invoicing, and retailer deductions/chargebacks.
• Supervise AP, improve approvals and internal controls.
• Oversee supplier claims tracking and quarterlies.
• Prepare weekly/quarterly/annual sales projections & audits.
