Lead all aspects of the accounting function, including general ledger activity, financial reporting, payroll, payables, receivables, and cash management; oversee close processes and ensure accurate results; drive improvements and automation for scalability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting principles, and technical accounting matters.
• Experience overseeing audits, tax compliance activities, and relationships with external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the accounting function including general ledger, financial reporting, payroll, payables, receivables, and cash management.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely and accurate financial results.
• Prepare and review financial statements while analyzing key trends, risks, and business performance drivers.
• Manage audit activities, coordinate with external advisors, and ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
