We are representing a growing $20Mil multi-business holding company that is seeking a Controller to drive financial optimization and support the strategic scaling of its expanding B2B commercial services portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented professional with a 'roll-up-your-sleeves' approach to lead a small team and play a key role in the company's continued success within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
• Oversee month-end close, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Develop and streamline processes to support scalability and business growth.
• Provide strategic financial insights to leadership, helping drive key business decisions.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager with 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA
• Big 4 / Public Accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement.
• Hands-on mentality—someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
