Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience leading accounting teams and overseeing multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance requirements.
• Prior experience with accounting software, financial systems, and technology implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with the capacity to identify opportunities for process and performance improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executives and cross functional teams.
• Advanced understanding of accounting regulations, internal controls, and financial best practices.
• Hands on leader with a collaborative approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and day to day accounting activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and forecasts to support business planning and decision making.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, revenue tracking, inventory accounting, and other key financial functions.
• Coordinate audit activities, regulatory reporting, and compliance efforts while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Lead accounting staff, establish effective procedures, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.
