Century Group is partnering with a client seeking a seasoned Controller to lead the accounting function. This role will oversee financial reporting, close processes, and internal controls to ensure governance and accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring CPA licensure, a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership, and experience with multi-entity environments. Strong communication with executives and auditors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Maintain an active CPA license and strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of multi entity accounting functions.
• Experience designing and maintaining internal controls, compliance programs, and audit support processes.
• Experience managing accounting operations, team leadership responsibilities, and financial close activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations by overseeing financial reporting, account reconciliations, and general ledger management activities.
• Direct month end and year end close processes to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent financial results.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting procedures, and compliance practices that support strong financial governance.
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for audits, regulatory reviews, and financial reporting requirements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Demonstrate experience designing and maintaining internal controls, compliance programs, and audit support processes.
