Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, business, or finance required; MBA preferred.
• 16+ years in accounting, diligence, technical accounting, advisory, audit, or valuations within private equity.
• Experience with PE investments incl. real estate and infra; strong communication and change management.
• Experience with structures such as joint ventures, SPVs, and co-invests.

Seeking someone for an Senior Controller (Head role). This professional will lead and drive their Accounting & Financial Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an Accounting and Finance operations team.
• Partner with deal teams across the full transaction lifecycle (diligence through close and post-close).
• Direct financial diligence workstreams and support key deal economics.
• Advise on investment/holding-company structures, funding flows, and cash movements.
• Oversee setup and ongoing governance of investment entities and related financial operations.
• Strengthen controls, processes, and risk frameworks; collaborate with global counterparts and external advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance a Must; Masters or MBA a plus
• >16 years of experience in Accounting, Accounting Diligence, Technical Accounting, Transaction Advisory, Audit, Valuations, Financials working within Private Equity Investments including but not limited to Real Estate and Infrastructure
• Strategic Mindset, Strong Communicator, Change Management, Process Improvement, Transformation
• Experienced in Structures ( I.E. Joint Ventures, Wholly Owned, SPVs, and Co-Invest)
