Job summary

TLD America, the leading global manufacturer of Ground Support Equipment, seeks a hands-on Controller for its Morgantown, WV operation. You will oversee full accounting duties, manage the accounting team, and support the regional CFO with financial leadership and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a Controller role, strong ERP experience (Infor/Baan preferred), and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Controller in a service or industrial B2B environment.
• Experience with ERP systems; Infor/Baan is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting responsibilities (AR, AP, cost, GL, monthly close).
• Prepare monthly P&L and balance sheet analyses.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage accounts payable and general accounting functions.
