Job summary

The Controller at Forte Opening Solutions will oversee timely accounting close, financial reporting, and policy compliance under US GAAP.

You will lead A/P, A/R, credit, FP&A collaboration, and audit coordination, ensuring accuracy across US and Canadian operations. Strong leadership and systems experience are essential.

Experience leading finance teams in manufacturing is highly valued, with a proven track record in process improvement and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Manage documentation and administration of policies and procedures to ensure financial statements are in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Coordinate with external auditor to facilitate timely reviews and prepare audited financial statements.
• Direct accounts payable and accounts receivable processing across the enterprise.
• Oversee credit policies and the credit review process for the business.
• Support tax returns and related documentation; ensure proper controls and schedules.
• Manage transformation projects, system implementations, and process integrations.
