Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a hands-on accounting leader to manage full-cycle accounting operations across multi-entity environments. You will oversee consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and month-end close with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a CPA, deep U.S. GAAP knowledge, and experience leading distributed teams. You will drive automation and leverage Sage ERP and advanced Excel to improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA certification required.
• Progressive accounting experience including leadership or controller-level capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, account reconciliations, accruals, and month/year-end close.
• Oversee financial reporting to leadership and clients, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting teams across time zones.
• Own internal control environment; design and monitor policies, controls, and frameworks.
• Manage audit and tax relationships with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with FP&A and operations on budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.
• Drive process improvement and automation in ERP, accounting, and reporting.
• Lead system implementations, integrations, or transitions related to ERP systems.
