Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and GAAP-based financial statements.
• Manage timely month-end and year-end close processes with journal entries.
• Coordinate payroll with HR and ensure state tax compliance.
• Lead accounting team and enforce internal controls and duties separation.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Handle accounts payable, revenue tracking, and receivable management.
• Analyze financial trends to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with external accountants for tax and audits.
• Ensure compliance with tax filings and census submissions.
• Identify process improvements to boost operational efficiency and accuracy.
