The role requires a CPA with 3+ years in public accounting, 8–10 years in finance roles, and strong ERP/Excel skills. On-site position with salary 180,000–200,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• MBA preferred; CPA required with 3 years public accounting audit experience.
• 8-10 years progressive accounting and financial operations experience.
• 5 years owning core accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, tax compliance, and controls.
• Medical device industry experience in finance/accounting.

Responsabilités

• Lead accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, inventory, revenue recognition) and close processes.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and variance analyses for executives.
• Maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance; oversee audits and tax filings.
• Direct annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop team, streamline processes, and improve reporting accuracy and controls.
• Oversee ERP system (Macola) implementation and reporting tools for forecasting.
