Responsibilities

• Perform and manage close of monthly financials, including reviewing schedules.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for management and corporate.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls across the organization.
• Develop and supervise accounting staff.
• Manage annual budget and quarterly reforecasts; compare actuals to budget.
• Ensure financial accuracy in the ERP system and control user access.
• Perform reserve calculations using data from multiple sources via complex Excel formulas.
• Coordinate and assist with annual physical inventory; provide documentation and results.
• Oversee cash flow, payables, and receivables management.
• Perform other duties as required by the company.
