Job summary

Homeowners Advantage in Atlanta is seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Leader to own the end-to-end finance function, contribute to strategic growth, and partner with the Executive team on critical decisions. The role requires CPA certification and senior-level experience in client-facing, multi-entity environments.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial controls while guiding the business through audits, regulatory requirements, and complex financial initiatives across

Qualifications

• CPA license is REQUIRED; other licenses optional but not required.
• Senior finance leadership experience, ideally as CFO or Finance Director.
• Proven client management and governance in large or PE-backed businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the company’s financial strategy to drive growth and profitability.
• Advise the Executive team on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, scenario modelling and long-range plans.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax, payroll, and systems.
• Produce monthly management accounts, board packs, KPIs, and statutory reports.
• Lead audits and manage relationships with auditors, banks, and tax advisers.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and compliance across entities.
