Job summary

Ensono is hiring a Senior Manager, Solution Architecture to lead complex mainframe design and delivery for existing clients and new logos. You will steer enterprise mainframe modernization, hybrid integration, and platform enhancements, aligning client objectives with Ensono’s technology vision.

You will mentor architects, drive standard methodologies, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful outcomes while staying aligned with SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in technical roles with at least 3 years in architect or senior leadership positions.
• 5+ years hands-on mainframe experience (z/OS, CICS, IMS, DB2 or equivalent).
• Experience in external client-facing environments with complex stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of Ensono Delivery Methodology and mainframe offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex mainframe solution design and delivery for existing customers and new logos.
• Drive strategic architecture for large-scale mainframe modernization and hybrid integration.
• Provide direction to other architects on mainframe choices and best practices.
• Maintain and communicate roadmaps, estimates, and alignment with client goals.
• Mentor junior architects and share best practices across teams.
