Qualifications

• Willing to obtain and maintain US Government Secret clearance, not required to start.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years with a Master's degree.
• Experience with cost plus and firm fixed price contract vehicles.
• Material, labor, and subcontract earned value management experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Ability to develop and manage schedule tasks and integrate major subcontract schedules.

Responsibilities

• Establish budget baselines for Engineering functions using CAM best practices.
• Manage, track and report earned value metrics.
• Support program integrated baseline reviews.
• Forecast labor with engineering and program leaders.
• Manage integrated master schedules and report status.
• Assess software project issues/risks and develop resolution plan.
• Prepare BOEs and proposals; support ECPs.
• Prepare monthly EVM artifacts and reporting.
• Support labor and material program control accounts.
