Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Control Account - Project Manager (Level 3 or 4) to drive CAM-based budgets, EVMS reporting, and integrated master scheduling. You will partner with engineering and program leaders to forecast labor and manage schedules, while preparing Basis of Estimates and supporting EVM reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5–8+ years of relevant experience and familiarity with Agile methods, subcontract EVMS, and Microsoft Project. Colorado Springs onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required with relevant experience; level 3/4 roles.
• Experience with cost-plus and firm-fixed-price contracts.
• Earned value management experience across labor/material/subcontracts.
• Proficiency in scheduling and integration of major subcontract schedules.

Responsibilities

• Establish baselines for Engineering functions using CAM and EVMS.
• Manage, track and report earned value metrics for programs.
• Support integrated baseline reviews and forecasting labor.
• Develop and manage integrated master schedules with leaders.
• Prepare BOEs and proposals for modifications.
• Prepare monthly EVM artifacts and reports; support program control accounts.
