Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a supplier management and negotiation specialist to drive contract negotiations and ongoing vendor relationships across the organization. You will partner with procurement and technology teams to secure favorable terms, ensure service levels, and maximize long-term value.

The ideal candidate will have a JD or LLM with 3+ years negotiating software-focused agreements, excellent written communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to navigate complex vendor

Qualifications

• JD, LLM or equivalent experience with 3+ years working with software and technology suppliers and negotiating software-focused agreements will be strongly considered.
• Strong written communication: you can write concise emails and prepare logical, easy-to-understand business documentation packets.
• Takes the initiative and executes with appropriate urgency in a high performing, client-focused, deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, uptimes, credits and other key terms with suppliers.
• Manage contract renewals with advance notice for negotiations and RFPs.
• Coordinate with procurement, business lines and technology teams to assess needs and vendor performance.
