Job summary
Texas Capital Bank seeks an experienced attorney to provide legal support for strategic initiatives and new products across the bank. You will advise senior management on applicable laws and regulations, draft agreements and disclosures, and monitor regulatory developments impacting consumer and digital operations.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and Texas bar admission.
- Minimum of 5 years legal experience in a large firm, regulatory agency, or corporate setting.
- Experience in banking/finance law and regulatory compliance preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support for strategic bank initiatives and new products/services.
- Advise senior management on laws, rules, and regulations affecting the bank.
- Draft agreements, terms, disclosures, and other legal documents.
- Monitor laws/regulations and assess impact on consumer and digital operations.
- Develop, modify, and interpret policies to ensure legal compliance.
- Negotiate third-party contracts for consumer banking/digital products.
- Assist with transactions and other Legal Department projects; supervise outside counsel.
