Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, uptimes, credits and other key terms with software and technology vendors.
• Proactively manage contract renewals and competitive RFPs with advance notice.
• Coordinate with procurement, lines of business, and technology teams to assess business needs.
• Understand and assess products/services provided by a broad vendor base.
• Lead supplier relationship management efforts and drive cost efficiencies.
