Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Contracts Supervisor in Hollywood, FL to assist the Contract Unit Manager by supervising staff and coordinating contracts through Purchasing, Legal, Accounting, Risk, IT and End-User departments to ensure policy compliance.

You will maintain direct contact with suppliers/vendors during review, negotiation, and execution, guiding communications across departments to ensure smooth contract flow. Equal opportunity employer commitments are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance or related field required; Master's preferred.
• At least six years of experience as a Contract Administrator, with at least two years in a senior capacity.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Contract Unit Manager in supervising staff and coordinating contracts across departments.
• Maintain direct contact with suppliers/vendors during review, negotiation, and execution of contracts.
• Provide guidance in communication between departments and suppliers/vendors.
