Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full-time Senior Contracts Administrator based in Bridgeton, MO, with the option to work in-person or on a remote schedule. You will manage the full lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts, including proposal development and negotiation.

The role provides strategic contractual guidance to Integrated Product Teams, reviews terms for compliance with FAR/DFARS, negotiates agreements, and tracks performance, amendments, and data rights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS contracts, and/or Commercial contracts.
• NCMA Certified Contracts Professional (CFCM, CPCM) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Experience with government contracting processes including sole source and competitive procurements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements with customers/subcontractors/vendors.
• Review solicitation terms, amendments, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide contractual guidance and risk assessment to program and operations teams.
• Respond to contract obligation inquiries and revisions.
• Oversee receipt of contract deliverables, invoicing, and cash collections.
• Prepare major price proposals and support export license activities.
