Crystal Group is seeking a Senior Contracts professional to oversee the full contract lifecycle, review high‑value solicitations, and lead complex proposals and contract responses. You will draft, assess risk, and negotiate agreements while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and export laws.

You will collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to resolve issues and guide strategic decisions. The role emphasizes mentorship, leading negotiations, and adapting to evolving regulations

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP systems and related data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve contracting processes and templates.
