Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline; contract management certification required.
• Ten or more years of related experience with increasing responsibility.
• Ability to manage contracts across distributed sites and divisions.
• Knowledge of export regulatory requirements and international compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex negotiations of strategic contracts with cross-functional teams.
• Assess contract risk and recommend changes to mitigate risks.
• Oversee change control and ensure compliance with policy.
• Mentor and train Contract Management staff.
