Job summary

Parker Aerospace, a division of Parker Hannifin, is seeking a Senior Contracts Leader to manage complex DoD and government contracts. You will oversee bids, negotiate terms, and mentor teams across contract management, pricing, and compliance.

Requires 10+ years in government contracting, NCMA certification preferred, and deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS. Location in Irvine, CA with potential for leadership across divisions and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline required.
• 10+ years contract management experience with DoD prime contracts preferred.
• Proficiency with FAR/DFARS and government procurement regulations.
• NCMA certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex negotiations of strategic significance for military contracts.
• Provide expertise on contracting processes, regulatory requirements, and risk evaluation.
• Develop, analyze, approve and present customer-facing bids and proposals.
• Mentor and train Contract Management staff and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with Parker policies and federal regulations in all contracts.
