Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business/related field.
• Advanced contracts management certification required or equivalent.
• Minimum eight years of related experience including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of contract management processes and applicable regulations.
• Proficient negotiation skills and risk assessment capabilities.
• Ability to build partnerships with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of assigned contracts and programs; lead complex negotiations.
• Provide knowledge of division systems, products, and goals in contract development.
• Analyze complex contractual information and advise leadership on solutions.
• Assess contractual risk and establish controls to mitigate exposure.
• Oversee resource planning, estimates, and program financials.
• Mentor and develop junior contract professionals; drive process improvements.
