Qualifications

• BA in Business Administration or related field; certification preferred unless JD or MBA.
• 7+ years of related experience including 2 years in a lead role.
• Ability to facilitate work within and across teams and leadership levels.
• Knowledge of contract management processes, regulations, and export controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and coordinate across internal teams; may lead multi-divisional contracts.
• Develop contracts aligned with division goals and strategic objectives.
• Analyze and mitigate contract risk; manage change control processes.
• Mentor and train contract management staff and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain relationships with domestic and international customers and government agencies.
