The role focuses on planning, developing, and administering Federal Government contracts and proposals, ensuring compliance with terms and government regulations. The successful candidate will have extensive contract experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Contracts Specialist or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Experience withFederal Government contracts and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and assist in preparation of contractual provisions and administration of Federal Government contracts and proposals.
• Monitor performance to ensure terms and conditions are met and contracts comply with regulations.
• Prepare contract status updates, modifications, and post-award actions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with CORs and government staff for post-award actions and closeout
• Travel up to 20% as needed for business.
