Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking experienced Contract Specialists/Procurement Analyst to provide acquisition and contracting support for federal programs under the guidance of a Contracting Officer, covering planning through closeout.

Responsibilities include acquisition planning, market research, preparing solicitations, evaluating proposals, performing cost analyses, negotiating, and maintaining contract files; ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, law, or related field required.
• 5+ years Federal Government contracting experience.
• 5+ years of construction contracting experience.
• 3+ years of architect-engineer services contracting experience.
• Knowledge of FPDS, PRISM, FBMS or related systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• U.S. work eligibility and ability to obtain federal clearances.

Contract Specialists/Procurement Analyst

One Federal Solution is seeking experienced Contract Specialists/Procurement Analyst to provide acquisition and contracting support for federal programs. The Contract Specialists/Procurement Analyst will work under the guidance of a Contracting Officer to support all phases of the acquisition lifecycle, from planning and solicitation through award, administration, and closeout.

Contract Specialists/Procurement Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct acquisition planning and market research to support contract strategy and socioeconomic goals.


• Prepare solicitations, Requests for Proposals/Quotes (RFPs/RFQs), and amendments.


• Review proposals/quotes for responsiveness and support source selection activities.


• Perform cost and price analyses, support negotiations, and document selection decisions.


• Prepare contract awards, modifications, and closeout documentation for Contracting Officer signature.


• Maintain contract files and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
