Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Sr. Contracts Specialist to join our Federal Contracts team. You will support the full lifecycle of contracts for a government R&D organization, leveraging negotiation expertise and understanding of federal procurement.

The role requires handling multiple priorities and advising on legal and regulatory requirements. Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of contracts experience are required.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
• FIVE (5) years of experience as a contracts professional in the industry or a contracting officer in the federal government
• Experience with Intel Community contracts or subcontracts
• Experience with procurement lifecycle from source selection through closeout
• Experience with RFIs and BAAs
• Experience evaluating cost and price procedures/techniques to evaluate offers

Responsibilities

• Lead contracts lifecycle support from source selection through closeout
• Advise on legal requirements, client specifications and government regulations
• Collaborate with technical and management staff to streamline acquisition processes
• Prepare contract award and modification packages for review and approval
