Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts management, contract administration, legal operations, risk management, commercial administration, project administration, or related function.
• Experience supporting project-based, engineered, manufactured, construction, industrial, equipment, aerospace, transportation, government, or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEO and leadership on strategy, contract, general business and negotiation risk mitigation; manage risk register and issue escalation.
• Collaborate with project managers, finance, legal counsel, and executives to ensure contract terms align with scope, timelines, and risk profiles; maintain compliance monitoring.
• Review, draft, redline, and negotiate contracts including vendor and customer agreements, NDAs, leases, and SLAs; develop standard templates.
