This role focuses on protecting the company’s interests and optimizing processes. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating terms, managing bids, and supporting insurance and bonding needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Paralegal Certification preferred.
• 5+ years of business experience with construction contracts.
• Advanced contract knowledge and understanding of construction industry practices.
• Experience with building leases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive contract management excellence across a multifaceted contracts team.
• Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues to fulfill contracts and manage risk.
• Review bids, RFPs, RFQs and submittals; respond to project notices.
• Lead negotiations and monitor compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
