Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Project Manager/Task Order Lead to oversee contract performance for government programs, with SAFe guidance and DevSecOps in cloud environments.

The role requires 14+ years of PM experience, a TS/SCI clearance, and a Bachelor's degree. You will coordinate with government COR, manage budgets and schedules, and lead risk and transition activities on multi-faceted software efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years of relevant project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution)
• Prior experience managing similar software development efforts in classified environments
• Demonstrated expertise with SAFe implementation at the program level
• Experience with DevSecOps and cloud-based development environments
• Strong understanding of offensive cyber operations mission space (preferred)
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• PMP or equivalent project management certification (highly desired)
• Must be U.S. citizen

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with Government COR and technical points of contact
• Manage all aspects of task order performance including schedule, budget, and quality
• Ensure deliverables meet professional standards and are submitted on time
• Respond to written COR requests within 3 business hours
• Lead monthly financial and status reporting
• Coordinate transition activities and knowledge transfer
• Manage contractor personnel and subcontractor relationships
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning and ART Syncs
• Maintain risk register and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Oversee quality control program implementation
