Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years experience, or graduate degree with 4+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for contractual communication with customers.
• Oversee contracts lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Assist in development of ARDE’s responses to RFPs.
• Lead contract negotiation with Government and domestic/international customers.
• Advise management on contractual rights and obligations including FAR/DFARS/NFS.
• Collaborate with senior management and program teams to ensure contract execution.
• Influence financial outcomes for orders, revenue recognition, operating income and cash flow.
