In this remote role based in the United States, you will collaborate with Legal, Finance and Operations, driving negotiations from intake through execution and guiding process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; JD preferred.
• Minimum 5 years reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
• Experience with MSAs, sponsor templates, CDAs, and amendments.
• Proficiency with contract playbooks, risk assessment, and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and manage MSAs and sponsor‑facing contracts.
• Draft CDAs, notices, and ad hoc agreements to support objectives.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions; escalate high‑risk matters.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to reflect scopes, budgets, timelines, and sponsor requirements.
• Lead sponsor negotiations and drive resolution of open issues.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake to record‑keeping.
• Evaluate business impact of terms for revenue, payments, and deliverables.
• Maintain contract documentation across systems.
